Lincoln Liu is an Australian investment banker, board director and public company executive with extensive experience in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and critical-minerals-related companies.

Mr. Liu is the Founder and President of Bay Financial, an independent corporate advisory firm focused on advising emerging growth companies. Over his 17-year career, he has advised on more than 100 corporate transactions and capital raisings, including initial public offerings in the technology, mining and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Liu currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Red Mountain Mining Ltd (ASX: RMX), where he has led the Company’s strategic transformation, including international expansion, critical minerals acquisitions, capital markets initiatives and U.S. market development. He also serves as Chairman of two ASX-listed mining companies spanning critical minerals and broader resource development.

Mr. Liu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
